These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the customer (the customer/you) and Portnall Associates Ltd (Portnall/us/we)

Portnall reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion without prior notification.  When placing each order, you agree that you have reviewed the current terms and conditions.

 

Personalised funeral stationery products

The funeral-stationery.com website provides the ability to personalise each product online. Alternatively, the customer can supply content in the form of a PDF, Word document, email and email attachments and we will create the proof and subsequent drafts for you.

On completion and upon payment, the agreed number of prints will be printed and delivered by overnight timed delivery.

With regard to quality, we only print using the latest digital printers, finished to the highest quality and packaged with care. Our orders of service booklets of any size as well as being creased, folded and stapled, they are also square backed to provide a higher quality booklet finish

Our printers and monitors are calibrated regularly to ensure the best quality and accurate reproduction. These may vary from proofs printed on a local printer or viewed on a monitor

Whether the product is designed by the customer using our online templates or by us, the customer will receive a final print ready proof for your approval prior to printing.

We appreciate fully that the content of orders of service may create some challenges. At any time, you can contact us and we will assist though to completion

 

Pricing and payment records

Our website includes a tool that calculates the final price based on the selected option. This can be added to the basket, with check out and payment securely made via Stripe. Payment may also be made upon the issue of an invoice or by phone securely via Square. Each payment is made on a single use basis and is not written down or stored by us or other third Parties (Stripe/Square)

Payment includes vat (if applicable) and delivery. If on occasion there is a mistake in the online pricing, we will notify you before production and you will have the option to cancel. Any prior payments made will be refunded in full

 

Content and copyright

All of the imagery, designs, text and templates provided by us are our ownership and/or we have copyright compliance to use.

Content provided by you are assumed to be your responsibility with regard to copyright compliance and/or you have received the necessary consents. You will agree to fully indemnify Portnall and hold Portnall free from any claims resulting from copyright or trademark infringement from any items supplied by you.

We review all content and if it is deemed that any is deemed to be, (but not limited to) illegal, racist, discriminatory, may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or pornographic then we reserve the right to reject any order.

 

Delivery

Orders confirmed by 11.00am are generally printed and collected by our couriers (generally DX) with next working day delivery scheduled at no extra charge. This is provided in the price. Next working day (pre1.00pm) or Saturday delivery may also be scheduled at extra cost. Whilst next day deliveries generally arrive within the allotted time, this cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that at least one extra day is built into the schedule. Whilst we endeavour to monitor and ensure safe and timely delivery of all packages (we have 100% success to date) there may be unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic accidents, illness, breakdown, human error by couriers) and DX, like all couriers have a 99% on time delivery.

We monitor all packages. In the event that the package does not arrive and two days have been provided in the schedule, we will monitor and if you or we have any concerns then the following will apply:

If the couriers can establish where the parcel is and can confirm delivery later that day or the next working day then we will monitor only.

If the couriers are unable to located the whereabouts of the parcel and are cannot deliver the second working day then we will reprint and resend the order free of any charges

We cannot offer a refund due to delays by our couriers.

(NB 2 working days is the recommended minimum and to date we have had 100% success)

 

Returns

Any returns must be received within 21 days from the date it was received. It must be unused and proof of purchase is required. Once received and approved a refund will be made to the purchasing credit card or original payment method.

You will be responsible for return shipping.
